Minutes away from the medieval town of Ware, the Roebuck over the years has retained the warmth and friendliness of a small town hotel. However large the guest list, 10 to 220, we have the team to cater for your every need and the quality of service essential to make your special day the most memorable of your life.

We offer a choice of wedding breakfast packages that include your three course wedding breakfast, arrival drinks, wine with the meal and toast. Alternatively we would be delighted to discuss your individual requirements and create a tailor-made package for you.

Our 'Simply Perfect' Package is an inclusive package for 30 guests, and includes:
- Bucks Fizz Reception
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
- Evening Finger Buffet
- Room hire for both day and evening receptions with private bar facilities
If you wish to invite additional guests, the cost for the full package is £50.00 per person, and £12.00 per person for the evening reception only. The Simply Perfect package is valid for weddings taking place Sunday - Friday between 1st January & 31st December 2009.
We offer three function rooms, both beautifully decorated and varying in size to accommodate your special day, whether it is for 20 to 160 guests.

Located on the ground floor, this suite can cater for up to 220 guests, tastefully decorated in blues and cream. The suite is fully self-contained with its own entrance, dance floor, bar, cloakroom and is fully air-conditioned.
Minimum numbers for this suite are 60 for a full sit down Wedding Breakfast and 120 for an evening function.

Located on the first floor, this suite can cater for up to 70 guests or, if required can be partitioned for smaller numbers. The suite has full access to our roof top terrace, its own bar and dance floor (35' x 39'). The suite is also licensed for civil ceremonies.
Minimum numbers for this suite are 20 for a full sit down Wedding Breakfast and 50 for an evening function.

Is located on the first floor, This light and airy room is the perfect venue for ceremonies and smaller wedding breakfasts up to 40 guests. It is fully air conditioned and has access to our roof terrace.
Minimum numbers for this suite are 25 for a full sit down Wedding Breakfast.
As well as being a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, the hotel is also fully licensed for civil and commitment ceremonies. Offering a choice of three rooms for between 20 and 150 guests.
